Phelps Tavern Museum Store is the
perfect shopping opportunity for residents and visitors alike. All proceeeds
support the programming of the Simsbury Historical Society. Among the
items available unique to Simsbury are tea towels, Pinchot Sycamore
pewter ornament, reproduction Higley coppers, "Simsbury Est. 1670"
clothing line and hand thrown Westerwald pottery items.
The store also carries books relating to Simsbury and the historical periods interpreted in the Museum as well as reproductions of early New England primers and children's books, In addition to Cooperman historic toys, Woodbury Pewter, Stevens Linens and Westerwald Stoneware, the store has local publications.
